Questions restaurants ask.

Who pays for delivery?

You set the number of lunches that makes delivery free. Until the office hits it, the organizer covers delivery. Most offices just round up a few more coworkers.

What if not enough people order?

If the lunch is short of your minimum when it closes, the organizer can top it up, or it cancels clean and nobody is charged.

Does everyone need an account?

No. They tap the link, pick their lunch and pay. Lunch group members join once with a name and a phone number.

How do allergies work?

Each person declares their own when they order. It's boxed at the top of the kitchen ticket and printed on their label.

Will office lunch crowd out my catering?

No. Each location sets how many group lunches it takes a day, when they can arrive and the most meals in one lunch.

What does it cost?

Office lunch is included with CaterRail, at every location. No add-on, no setup fee.
